
Students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to organize and conduct legal reviews and analyze current healthcare legislation, develop a legal position when defending the legally protected interests of individuals and legal entities in full compliance with Russian law, and conduct fundamental and applied legal research. Graduates who have completed this educational program will be able to successfully address teaching, consulting, expert analysis, and research challenges in their professional activities.
Practical training is provided to students at third-party organizations that serve as internship sites. These internship sites are organizations under the jurisdiction of the Moscow Department of Health and the Moscow Department of Labor and Social Protection, possessing the necessary human resources, scientific, and technical resources for graduates' future professional development in their respective fields. Practical training is also provided at the University's departments and separate structural divisions.
A graduate who has mastered this educational program and successfully passed the final (state final) certification is awarded the qualification of "Master" in the field of study 40.04.01 Jurisprudence, focus (profile) "Medical Law".
