If you require recognition of your educational documents only for submission to Pirogov University, you can use our service.

We provide recognition of foreign education and/or qualifications (FEQ) for the purposes of arranging admission to the University and providing individuals with an FEQ with access to professional activities at the University. The right to independent recognition is defined by Part 11 of Article 107 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2012, No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation". The University independently establishes the procedure for recognizing FEQ.

The procedure for recognizing FEQ for the purposes of arranging admission to the University and providing individuals with an FEQ with access to professional activities at the University is carried out by an expert commission consisting of University staff. The composition of the expert commission is approved by the Rector’s decree. The work of the expert commission is organized by the Department for International Development. The procedure for recognizing the FEQ for the purposes of admission to the University and granting access to professional activities at the University to individuals with an FEQ is carried out on a fee-based basis. The cost of the FEQ recognition procedure is approved by the Rector’s decree.

The cost of the FEQ recognition service in 2025 is 6,500 rubles.

Application procedure

An application for recognition of foreign education and (or) qualifications (FEQ) is submitted ONLINE by email: priznanie-diplom@rsmu.ru.

The following documents are attached to the application:

• A scanned copy and notarized translation into Russian (if the document is drawn up in a foreign language) of the identification document of the FEQ holder;
• A scanned copy of the FEQ document and its supplement (if provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education and (or) qualifications was issued);
• A scanned copy of a notarized translation of the FEQ document and its supplement into Russian, if the FEQ document and its supplement are drawn up in a foreign language.

In response to the email specified by the applicant, the following documents will be sent:

• Consent of the FEQ holder to the processing of personal data contained in the application and documents attached thereto, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data;
• Familiarization of the FEQ holder with information about responsibility for the accuracy of the information specified in the application and for the authenticity of the documents submitted;
• Contract for the provision of services;
• Payment receipt.
