Required application documents for Preparatory courses

  1. A personal application;
  2. A passport or other document proving the identity of a foreign citizen and recognized by the Russian Federation in this capacity, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law or decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, with the original translation into Russian, certified by a notary. Documents proving the identity of a stateless person in the Russian Federation:
    • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person;
    • resident card;
    • other documents provided for by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as documents proving the identity of a stateless person;
  3. Original and copy of educational documents. Education documents must be translated into Russian (translation is notarized at the consulate of the Russian Federation of the country of residence or in the territory of the Russian Federation);
  4. A medical certificate indicating that there are no medical contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation, including the results of a study on HIV infection, hepatitis C, syphilis, and tuberculosis.
  5. If the applicant is located on the territory of the Russian Federation, it is also necessary to attach: A visa (for citizens of countries where the visa regime for entry and stay on the territory of the Russian Federation is in force), a migration card and a tear-off part of the notification form on the arrival of a foreign citizen at the place of stay or other documents confirming the legal stay of a foreign citizen on the territory of the Russian Federation; 6. a document confirming the passage of the fingerprinting procedure (in case of a previous stay in the territory of the Russian Federation for more than 3 months, the purpose of the stay is study).
