• Letter of motivation in English (in Russian for specific programs) that should specify: the reason for choosing this particular university/program; goals, objectives, expected results (academic, professional, social); justification of advantages of your candidacy for participation in the international exchange program
• Copy of passport (first page of passport and residence registration).
• Copy of international passport (first page).
• Photo 3x4 cm, glued to the application form
• Personal data processing consent of the trainee, participant of the events
• Consent to process personal data, authorized by the subject of personal data for distribution
• Application to the Rector of the University
• Department head memo
• Vaccination certificate
• Medical insurance for the entire duration of the internship
• Application to the Dean of the School of Postgraduate Education (internship on the basis of interuniversity agreements)
• Application to the Dean of the School of Postgraduate Education (internship on the basis of an invitation)
• Application to the Vice-Rector for international affairs (internship on the basis of interuniversity agreements)
• Application to the Vice-rector for international affairs (internship on the basis of the invitation)

Upon successful completion of the competitive selection and receiving an invitation from a foreign partner university, the student independently collects and submits to the consulate a package of documents for obtaining a visa.
