Most recently, representatives of Pirogov University took part in a Night Cycling Festival, and now students and staff have the opportunity to join a new sports community — the Cycling Club.

The first joint race will take place on August 11 along the route "VELO-1": Yakhroma — Dubna — Konakovo. Two formats have been prepared for the participants: a route for amateurs with a length of 37 kilometers and a route for experienced cyclists with a length of 95 kilometers.

Regardless of the level of training, the main thing is the desire to spend the day in a good company of like—minded people and enjoy the trip.

Participants should bring a bicycle, a protective helmet, front and rear bicycle lights, comfortable sportswear for the weather and, of course, a good mood. After completing the route, a presentation of the Cycling Club for students of Pirogov University will take place at the Konakovo USOC.

The gathering of participants of the amateur route is at 14:30 at the recreation area "VELO-1".

The gathering of participants of the professional route is at 10:00 at the start of the VELO-1 route.
