After the ceremony, the University grounds turned into a space for communication, creativity and new knowledge. Representatives of the "Club of Creators of Meanings" of Pirogov University aroused particular interest. Oleg Morunov, Associate Professor of the Department of Polyclinic Therapy at ICM, conducted a practical master class on first aid, where everyone could master skills that could one day save a life.

Alexey Silin, an assistant at the Department of Dermatovenerology named after Academician Yu.K. Skripkin, ICM, told the guests about the importance of early diagnosis of skin melanoma and introduced them to the possibilities of modern dermatoscopy. The lecture continued with an action on the diagnosis of melanoma, in which everyone could take part.

Lectures for future and young parents, popular science meetings, creative activities, sports activities and family games were also held during the day. 

Supporting young families and creating conditions that allow for a harmonious combination of study, work and family life is one of the important areas of Pirogov University's youth policy. Such events help to create a comfortable environment and create a space where family values become a part of university life.

The Pirogov Family Festival has once again shown that Pirogov University is not only a place where doctors are trained, but also a community where they support, inspire and help create strong families. After all, it is with the family that caring for a person begins — a value that underlies medicine.
