The start has been given: an introductory meeting of the admissions committee staff took place at Pirogov University

The work of the admissions committee is the first step towards introducing applicants to the University. It is the staff of the commission that helps future students understand the rules of admission, apply for documents and get answers to all questions that arise, making the application process understandable and comfortable.

The meeting was attended by Alexander Ermolaev, Director of the Department of Student Development and Support at Pirogov University, and Elizaveta Korotkaya, Executive Secretary of the Pirogov University Admissions Committee.

Alexander Ermolaev noted the importance of the work of the admissions committee and the opportunities it opens up for students:

"What the admissions committee does, and what each of you does as part of it, is a huge contribution to the development of the University. The experience you gain here is a truly meaningful experience that will help you in your professional and personal development."

Elizaveta Korotkaya explained to the meeting participants the basic rules of the admissions committee, told about the specifics of the current admission campaign and changes in the application procedure.

"Starting this year, applicants cannot apply for specialty, master's and postgraduate programs through the personal account of Pirogov University. Applicants can send documents in ONE of the available ways: through the public services portal, by personal presentation or through a postal operator," said Elizaveta Korotkaya.

During the meeting, the staff got acquainted with the updated structure of the admissions committee, the distribution of responsibilities and the key principles of interaction with applicants in order to make the admission campaign at Pirogov University as effective and convenient as possible for each applicant.
