The main goal of the project is to go beyond the traditional educational process, to create an interdisciplinary environment in which participants can communicate, share experiences and generate new meanings together.

Tatiana Gaidina, Director of the Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs at the Institute of Clinical Medicine and Chairman of the KCC, made an introductory speech. She noted the uniqueness of the event: The Club of Creators of Meanings of Pirogov University became the first such association in medical universities in Russia, which makes its opening even more significant and truly historic event.

Natalia Lysenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Physiology at the Institute of Physiology, joined the core of the KSS, who emphasized that teachers are the bearers of values and shape the worldview of future doctors, and therefore bear a special responsibility to students and the profession.

The strategic session of the first meeting was devoted to creating the image of an ideal teacher at Pirogov University. The participants actively discussed ideas, exchanged experiences and built interaction with colleagues from different departments.

This format not only facilitated the joint search for solutions, but also developed the skills of cooperation and effective communication.

The event ended with a speech by Natalia Zaitseva, Program Director, expert and lead moderator of the DNA of Russia project, Project Manager of the MAKO Association, who wished the KSS of Pirogov University further development and growth. Then there was a solemn ceremony of welcoming new members of the Club of Creators of Meanings, as well as informal communication over a cup of tea.
