During the seminar, key issues related to the development and implementation of training programs for highly qualified personnel were considered.

Irina Zapesotskaya, Director of the Department of Educational Program Support, highlighted the changes made to the regulatory legal documents on the basis of which educational programs of higher education are implemented.

Olga Prirodova, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate and Additional Education, and Marina Khoreva, Director of the Department of Higher Education, spoke about the current requirements for the organization of practical training for students, as well as preparations for obtaining an opinion on the organization's compliance with the requirements for personnel and logistical support in the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 28 November 2025, No. 1942.

The report by Lyudmila Primachik, Deputy Director of the Department of Higher Education, was devoted to updating residency programs. Special attention was paid to the development and implementation of specialized higher education programs within the framework of the pilot project, as well as to the issues of updating educational standards.

Svetlana Morokhina, a specialist in educational and methodological work at the Department of Higher Education Training, in her speech revealed the organizational and methodological aspects of accompanying graduate students, conducting final certification in postgraduate programs, as well as the specifics of admission to graduate school in the 2026/2027 academic year and the implementation of educational programs within the integrated track "Residency — postgraduate".

The event has become an important platform for improving the methodological competence of department staff, whose professional focus is on training highly qualified personnel.
