Key issues were discussed during the meeting:

• regulatory and legal regulation of advanced training and professional retraining of University teaching staff. Maria Fomina, Deputy Director of the Institute of Continuing Education and Professional Development, made a presentation.;
• personnel aspects of the direction of teaching staff for training. Mira Afanasyeva, Head of the HR Department, spoke about the regulatory framework and practice of sending teachers to advanced training programs.;
• digitalization of the learning process: the use of ISO PREPO to direct teachers to additional professional programs. Speakers: Farida Etezova, Head of digital transformation projects; Kira Dmitryukova, Head of Automation of Planning and Monitoring of INOPR Training; Marina Reznik-Orskaya, Head of the Academic Department of the Department of Professional Education and Educational Technologies INOPR;
• key aspects and practice of passing periodic accreditation by scientific and pedagogical staff in medical and pharmaceutical specialties. The topic was highlighted by Tigran Muradyan, Head of the Medical Department;
• new approaches to the formation of applications. This was told by Olga Stepanova, Head of the Department for the organization of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers in FOREIGN countries.
