When sports become a space for new opportunities

ASSK FEST is a large—scale event that unites student sports leaders from all over the country. The festival is a key platform for the development of the student sports movement, the exchange of experience and the launch of new projects in the field of youth sports.

This year, activists of the student sports club (SSC) of Pirogov University "Everest" became its participants. The team returned from the Sirius Educational Center with new knowledge, ideas and impressions gained during a busy business and sports program.

The students attended open dialogues with athletes, panel discussions with functionaries, and presentations of partnership initiatives. The students also took part in a basketball match among the teams of the ASSK FEST festival.

Fyodor Kolzin, a member of the Student Council and chairman of the SSC "Everest", became a participant in the project "Top 100 ACCC of Russia", aimed at identifying the most active and competent representatives of student sports clubs.

In addition, representatives of the SSC "Everest" gained experience in protecting grant projects. They got acquainted with the mechanisms for supporting initiatives and project financing in the sports field.

Pirogov University's participation in the large-scale festival has become an important stage in the development of student sports, strengthened partnerships and provided an impetus for the implementation of new initiatives.
