Step aerobics is cardio training based on rhythmic steps, ascents and descents from a step platform to dynamic music. The intensity of the session can be adjusted right during the workout, so the format is suitable for participants with different levels of training. This is a good option for those who want to develop endurance, coordination and at the same time recover after a busy day.
