A total of 185 specialists participated in the congress as speakers. The "core" was made up of representatives from Moscow, but doctors and scientists from different regions of Russia (Moscow Region, Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Tula, Voronezh, Volgograd, Veliky Novgorod, Simferopol, Tyumen, Ivanovo, Kemerovo, Kazan, Saratov) and neighboring countries (Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) actively participated in the program.
A distinctive feature of the congress was its clinical and practical orientation. In the framework of numerous sections and master classes, the participants analyzed not only the theoretical foundations, but also the real algorithms of patient management. Special attention was paid to key news and current trends in medicine.
At the opening ceremony, Ildar Khairullin, Ph.D., Chief Physician of the Pirogov State Clinical Hospital No. 1, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of the inextricable link between practical medicine and science. The key reports of the first day were presented by leading experts: Sergey Lukyanov, Rector of Pirogov University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Evgeny Nasonov, President of the Association of Rheumatologists of Russia, Scientific Director of the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute, Adviser to the Rector of Pirogov University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Alexander Lila, Director of the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute. Researcher, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences ; Mikhail Martynov, First Deputy General Director of the Federal Medical Research Center of the FMBA of Russia, MD, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Alesya Klimenko, MD, Head of the Department of Faculty Therapy named after Academician A.I. Nesterov, ICM of Pirogov University. The performances set a high professional standard for the entire future program.
In addition to the plenary sessions, participants were invited to numerous thematic sections dedicated to current areas of modern medicine. The program also organically included practice-oriented workshops, where any participant of the congress could not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also practice techniques directly on the event site.
On the second day, in addition to the scientific program, a traditional competition of students and young scientists was held, in which participants presented rare clinical cases of rheumatic diseases. The students of Pirogov University demonstrated a high level of training and won prizes.

- second place — "Immunosuppressive therapy in mixed connective tissue disease: a hidden threat", E. Makhinova, E. Mikheeva, Pirogov University, Moscow;
- third place — "Still's disease: features of differential diagnosis and course of the disease", M. Mukhamadeeva, O. Dmitriev, D. Sadikova, Pirogov University, Moscow;
- third place — "Severe uncontrolled course of tophus gout", E. Dorogova, K. Bogulko, E. Epifanov, KemSMU, Kemerovo.

- first place — "Difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of gangrenous pyoderma that has developed against the background of seronegative rheumatoid arthritis", A. Telepnev, A. Rybin, D. Korablev, Ivanovo State Medical University, Ivanovo;
- second place — "Systemic lupus erythematosus and diseases of the spectrum of opticoneuromyelitis — two diagnoses, one treatment", E. Rzakhanova, Pirogov University, Moscow;
- third place — "Terminal chronic kidney disease as an outcome of lupus nephritis: what is the strategy?", A. Eskina, Burdenko Russian State Medical University, Voronezh;
- third place — "The difficult path to diagnosis: what is hidden under the mask of granulomatous vasculitis?", A. Tochilkina, M. Mukhamadeev, Pirogov University, Moscow.
Thus, the congress has once again fulfilled its main task — to combine the experience of recognized medical leaders with the energy and talent of the younger generation.
