Among the 36 participants was Elena Maslenkova, Head of the Youth Center for Science and Technology at Pirogov University, Chairman of the Russian Ministry of Health, graduate of Pirogov University and one of the key organizers of the youth scientific agenda.

Since 2023, Elena Maslenkova has been the head of the SMU of the Russian Ministry of Health, which unites 116 representatives of medical and pharmaceutical organizations in the country. This allows us to build a unified space for the work of the youth scientific community in the field of healthcare.

The inclusion of Elena Maslenkova in the Coordinating Council opens up new opportunities for launching projects in response to the objectives of the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation.

The Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Fields is an advisory body of the Council for Science and Education under the President of the Russian Federation. He is responsible for the activities of youth public associations and the preparation of proposals on topical issues of state scientific and technical policy and education.
