The University took 1st place for the effective implementation of health-shaping activities and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as 3rd place for physical education and sports activities and 3rd place in the overall standings. The competition is aimed at supporting physical activity and the formation of healthy lifestyle values among students and teachers.

Pirogov University systematically develops a healthy lifestyle culture by combining education, science and sports. Significant initiatives and events take place here, including the conference "Disease and a Healthy Lifestyle", dedicated to the psychological and social aspects of health, the large—scale forum "Movement is a natural remedy" and other projects.

Students and staff actively participate in races and sporting events, including the Pirogov University marathon "Pedomania", which helps to take the first step towards an active lifestyle and become part of a useful movement.

The University consistently strengthens its reputation as one of the sports leaders, where a healthy lifestyle is not just a line of work, but part of the university culture, combining daily practices, student initiatives, a scientific agenda and a conscious attitude to health.
