Methodical schools of Pirogov University: a course for development

On April 23, an expanded Methodical school was held at Pirogov University. The heads of departments, as well as those responsible for the implementation of additional professional programs and all employees interested in the development of educational projects were invited to the event. The meeting became a platform for professional dialogue and identification of strategic vectors of the University's development.

The School's program focused on key issues facing the entire university community.

Strategic guidelines. Olga Prirodova, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate and Continuing Education, presented an in-depth analysis of current government strategies in the field of science and education. In her speech, she emphasized the key development vectors that should be reflected in the University's educational programs and projects, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Initiative and support. Yulia Ilinova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, spoke about the mechanism for selecting and supporting the most promising initiative projects in the field of designing educational programs for higher education, additional professional programs, including online ones, as well as academic mobility programs. The participants learned how their ideas can become an integral part of the University's overall development strategy and receive the necessary administrative and resource support.

Digitalization of processes. Mira Afanasyeva, Head of the HR Department, introduced the School participants to the algorithm for sending employees to training using the 1C: Document Management system of a public institution. This tool allows you to optimize the workflow, making the process of enrolling in additional professional programs faster, more transparent and more efficient.

The Expanded Methodical School has once again confirmed the status of Pirogov University as a platform for professional growth and innovation. Discussion of strategic issues, familiarization with new digital tools and an open dialogue between management and employees lay a solid foundation for the implementation of new educational projects and strengthening the University's leadership positions.
