The Olympiad included three competitive tests: representing the University, solving situational problems, and interrogating an expert in a simulated court session. This format required not only deep knowledge, but also concentration, confident command of professional terminology and the ability to make quick decisions.
According to the results of all stages, the Tres Cerae team consisting of Alexandra Gudymovich, Anna Duktovskaya and Maria Kondratenko took the first place. Teams from Omsk State Medical University of the Russian Ministry of Health, Novosibirsk State Medical University and Siberian Law University also participated in the Olympiad.
The team prepared for the presentation together with the teaching staff of the P. Minakov Department of Forensic Medicine of the IBHR: at theoretical and practical meetings, participants deepened their knowledge of the procedural foundations of forensic medical examination and analyzed complex cases from practice.
