The event was a continuation of the strategic session held on December 18, 2025, and was aimed at the practical implementation of the planned plans. The key task of the project session was to test the hypotheses put forward earlier, prioritize development directions and form a detailed action plan for improving the quality management system.

During the work, the participants were led by the moderator of the session, Maria Fomina, Deputy Director of the Institute of Continuing Education and Professional Development.:

• analyzed the current challenges and opportunities in the field of additional education;\
• we have identified the most promising areas for launching new programs and upgrading existing ones;
• we have created a roadmap aimed at the implementation of promising work programs.

The project session was held in the format of intensive group work, which allowed us to develop agreed solutions and identify those responsible for their implementation. The results of the meeting will form the basis for the further development of the University's advanced medical education and strengthen its position as a center for continuing medical and scientific education.
