The main time ended in favor of the University team, but according to the rules, the fate of the meeting was to be decided by a series of post—match shootouts - a moment requiring maximum concentration. The team coped by not allowing the Burevestnik hockey players to change the course of the game. The result of the meeting — 7:4 — was a natural result of the confidence and solidarity of the guys.

The match was attended by distinguished guests from Pirogov University: Alexey Nikolin, Deputy Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Elizaveta Korotkaya, Deputy Director of the Department for Student Development and Support, Elena Krasnikova, Head of the Campus Development Department, Kirill Smyshlyaev, head of the Student Sports Club, and Milana Butunts, head of the Donor Movement.
