The meeting was held in the format of a lively, sincere dialogue. The speakers shared their stories about choosing a profession, fateful turns in life and overcoming difficulties.
Laine Frantsuzevich said that the path to medicine began at school — with a conscious desire to help people. Studying at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine, working in parallel with classes, the first shifts in intensive care — all this has become a school of character.
"Work honestly and live decently. It saves both in the profession and in life," she stressed, speaking about her experience in leadership work in the Kherson region.
Ruslan Saifullin shared the story of his professional development — from medical school to participation in humanitarian missions. He talked about working in field hospitals, medical evacuation, and helping children in the most difficult conditions.
"A doctor is a guardian. Our task is to support people where it is especially difficult," he said.
The students also participated in the conversation, shared their stories of admission to the University, reflected on their choice of specialty and asked questions about working in extreme conditions. The dialogue turned out to be open and deep — about purpose, about the strength of character and how important it is not to betray your values.
In conclusion, the participants agreed that when a profession becomes a part of life, it gives not only results, but also true meaning.
