The session was moderated by Olga Prirodova, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate and Continuing Education, and Marina Khoreva, Director of the Department of Higher Education Training.

The participants of the event, including heads of departments, discussed fundamental approaches to building residency programs based on the principle of modularity. The working groups developed and expressed promising proposals for the individualization of educational trajectories at the stage of training highly qualified personnel.

The initiatives are aimed at improving the effectiveness of educational programs and training specialists capable of responding to modern challenges in the field of healthcare.
