Vladislava Belyakova, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy, and Elena Maslenkova, Head of the Youth Center for Science and Technology, thanked the elders for their invaluable contribution to the life of the University and announced many exciting events.

Valeria Loseva, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars, stressed that participation in the Council of People's Commissars is a powerful springboard for personal and professional growth. Here you can improve your research and organizational skills, declare yourself at prestigious competitions and conferences, as well as receive well-deserved awards and prizes. 

Important innovations were introduced for productive work:

• a new procedure for submitting reports and certifying clubs;
• a rating system for evaluating the activities of the Council of People's Commissars; 
• a system of awards and questionnaires for feedback.

The meeting also summed up the results of the work for the summer and early autumn and announced ambitious plans for the 2025/2026 academic year, including the Science 0+ festival, the Scientific Battle, the Pirogov Conference and much more!
