“Under the decree of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, student squads have become operators of federal subsidies for vocational training. Every year, participants of Moscow student squads get a chance to master in-demand professions - from a concrete worker to a counselor or a cook. This allows us to send to the summer labor season not only energetic but also qualified students who are ready to make a real contribution to the development of the economy of both the city and the whole country!” – said Yulia Drozhzhzhina, Chairman of the Board of Moscow Student Squads.

The project allows to get high-quality training in various fields, including health care. Training of medical squads will take place in the leading Moscow universities, including Pirogov University. Project participants will attend practical classes at the Multidisciplinary Accreditation and Simulation Center of Pirogov Russian National Research Institute of Medical Sciences of the Russian Ministry of Health, as well as learn the skills of orderlies, nurses and junior pharmacists. Students of Pirogov University are part of the organizers of training for medical units of the capital. As a result of the school more than 300 people will learn how to care for patients, their careful transportation, injections and dressings.

Already in summer, the participants of the squads, who have passed the training, will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Students will have the opportunity to work with major employers and leading clinics in Russia.
