Around 3,000 experts and medical specialists gathered to discuss the latest trends in dermatology and cosmetic medicine.

Russian specialists took part in the conference. The “Russian department” was headed by the head of the department of skin diseases and cosmetology of our University, chief freelance specialist in dermatovenereology and cosmetology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Professor Nikolai Potekaev. Russian specialists spoke about achievements in the field of dermatology, experience in treating patients with alopecia, innovative methods for diagnosing and treating various, including complex and rare, skin diseases. In addition, Professor Potekaev became the moderator of the “Clinical Dermatology” section, during which he made a report “Combination of a homozygous CORO1A mutation and a verruciform form of epidermodysplasia in a 13-year-old patient,” which aroused great interest among his colleagues.
