The International Department staff participated in the session of the Russian-Vietnamese Commission, focusing on Education, Science, and Technology, which operates under the larger umbrella of the Russian-Vietnamese Intergovernmental Commission dedicated to Trade, Economic, and Scientific-Technical Cooperation. This meeting featured discussions about enhancing scientific and technological collaboration between the two nations and exploring avenues for joint educational initiatives.

At the commission meeting, Yana Olegovna and Irina Igorevna had a discussion with Vladimir Vladimirovich Murashkin, the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo in Vietnam. They explored the potential for integrating the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (RNIMU) into the Russian-Vietnamese consortium for training healthcare sector personnel.
