Pirogov University performed brilliantly at the XVI International Festival of Arts of Medical Students and Medical Workers

From April 21 to 24, 2025, St. Petersburg hosted the XVI International Festival of Arts of Medical Students and Medical Workers. The festival is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Council of Rectors of Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities of Russia and with the support of the Government of St. Petersburg, the Trade Union of Health Workers of the Russian Federation and the Medical Newspaper.

Students of Pirogov University showed outstanding results, winning awards in various nominations:

— “Jazz Vocal” – Lilia Yeghiazaryan (3rd place);
— “Pop Vocal” – Trinity Katsande (2nd place);
— “Academic Vocal” – Sofia Monina (laureate), choir “The Healing Power of Music” (laureate);
— “Theater” – theater “Twelve” (2nd place);
— “Instrumental performance” – “Anatomy of Music” orchestra (3rd place), duet Sona Sahakyan and Angelina Kolycheva (1st place);
— “Dance” – Varvara Korchemkina (laureate), Nemezidance studio (1st place), duet of Lilia Semina and Stepan Kharionovsky (3rd place).

The festival united more than 1,500 participants from medical universities of the country. The main goal of the event was to reveal and support the creative potential of medical students and medical workers, as well as to develop ties within the professional community.
