Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University at a mobile educational exhibition in China

In China, a mobile exhibition of Russian education was held, organized by the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing with the support of universities and local governments of Chinese provinces. The event involved 18 educational organizations, including the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The exhibition route passed through cities such as Beijing, Xinyan, Hebei, Xi'an, and Yanlin.

Exhibition events took place at partner venues based in schools and universities. The closing ceremony took place at the People's Government square in Dadukou district (Chongqing city).

Over eight days, more than five thousand Chinese schoolchildren and students — potential applicants, as well as over 180 Chinese educational organizations (schools, colleges, and universities), and more than 40 representatives of recruiting agencies visited the exhibition events.

At the exhibition events, our University was represented by Yana Olegovna Grigoryeva, Head of the International Department, and Ekaterina Alexeevna Ivanova, a graduate of the Medical Faculty and a specialist in the International Department. Discussions were held with leaders of relevant higher and secondary education organizations in China on directions and forms of inter-university cooperation in the fields of education, culture, and science, as well as support for bilateral student exchanges and opportunities for implementing joint educational programs.
