- Building a system for working with staff in a medical organization. The full cycle of personnel work is considered: from selection and adaptation through mentoring to evaluation, development, retention of key specialists and correct dismissal.
- Planning and accounting of educational activity of healthcare workers. Mastering the tools for managing continuing medical education: working with the requirements of the NMO/NMFO, specialized systems and spreadsheets for planning and accounting based on real cases.
