The agenda of the event was devoted to topical topics. Among them, the advantages and specifics of the new University structure, the implementation of educational programs in a modern digital environment, work with the federal register of medical professionals, as well as planning the activities of the school of department heads for the 2025-2026 academic year were considered.
Representatives of the administration made presentations on the development strategy. The First Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Giorgi Nadareishvili, explained the reasons for the structural changes and described their potential benefits for staff and students. Olga Milushkina, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, stressed the importance of moving towards uniform standards of digital learning, giving specific examples for optimizing the work of teachers.
Mira Afanasyeva, Head of the HR Department, informed the audience about the need for proper interaction with the Federal Register of Medical Professionals. Olga Prirodova, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate and Continuing Education, announced plans for the development of the school of heads of departments, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development of managers.
The meeting allowed the participants to gain a clear understanding of the current and planned transformations. She also helped identify areas for collaboration on the successful integration of innovations into the educational process and daily activities of the University.
