Medals were awarded to 14 donors of the Pirogov University Registry. Head of the Medical Department and Department for the Development of the Bone Marrow Donor Registry at Pirogov University Tigran Muradyan stressed the importance of the event and noted the invaluable contribution of each donor.

"It was thanks to the fact that you once said yes and consciously decided to become a bone marrow donor that people's lives were saved. It is a great honor for us to gather all of you here today at the Preclinical Translational Research Center, which is in many ways the heart of the Bone Marrow Donor Registry at Pirogov University. This is where the laboratory is located, which conducts HLA typing to identify the genotype match of potential donors and recipients,"Tigran Muradyan emphasized.

We congratulate all donors on this significant award and thank them for their responsiveness and willingness to be there when they really need it.
