Giorgi Nadareishvili told how a young scientist can determine his vector of development and achieve success

From July 2-4, 2025, Ufa hosts the XIII All—Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies, a key event for those who create the future of Russian science. One of the active participants of the congress was the delegation of Pirogov University.

As part of the panel discussion "Interaction of young scientists in medical science as a driver of innovative development of the country", the first Vice—rector, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of Pirogov University, Giorgi Nadareishvili, delivered a speech.

In his speech, he identified three key areas for young scientists: the creation of new knowledge, the development of applied solutions and the commercialization of science. Giorgi Nadareishvili stressed the importance of understanding the context of the work, such as national priorities or global trends.

The expert also spoke about the available support tools: grants, startups, accelerators, and partnerships with businesses. Giorgi Nadareishvili paid special attention to the importance of industry communities that help find like-minded people and resources for the implementation of ideas, such as the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The session was moderated by Elena Maslenkova, Head of the Youth Center for Science and Technology at Pirogov University, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The session brought together more than 70 representatives of the All-Russian community of young scientists in medical science and emphasized the importance of discussing the industry agenda.
