The "dedication to students" for freshmen took place on September 6 at the Adrenalin Stadium club. The new students were congratulated by the rector of the University, representatives of the Ministry of Health and deans of faculties.

This year, the University accepted more than two thousand students! In order for the freshmen to get used to the university faster, their senior comrades prepared a musical about the history of the University. First-year students, together with the artists, went back in time: they fought epidemics of diseases together with young doctors of the revolution era, applauded Komsomol athletes and rock and roll dancers of the 60s; paid tribute to the doctors participating in the Great Patriotic War; escorted the Olympic bear of the 80s... Then students were greeted by Hippocrates himself, with whom they recited the Freshman Oath. The solemn performance of the University Anthem completed the official part of the holiday. Ahead of the guys was a fun disco and new acquaintances.
