Cyclists of Pirogov University are stronger than any elements!

On August 19, a group of Pirogov University employees took a ride along the Velo1 highway. This is how we actually prove our principle: to be the first not only in science, but also in striving for a healthy, active lifestyle.

Cyclists covered 114 kilometers on their "iron horses"! Among the 11 representatives of Pirogov University were:

Vice Rector for Youth Policy Vladislava Belyakova;
Vice-Rector for General Affairs Denis Lozhkov;
Pavel Lopanchuk, Director of the Multi-profile Accreditation and Simulation Center.

The weather conditions were difficult: rain, wind and sun alternated. However, perseverance, endurance and team spirit helped overcome all the challenges.

Velo1 is the first significant national project to create a bicycle route that will connect Moscow and St. Petersburg in the future.
