Alexey Yemelyanov, head of the expert group and Deputy Vice-Rector for Research at FEFU, noted in his speech that the development of the university requires an integrated approach. He identified three key areas: teacher training, modernization of infrastructure and improvement of educational programs.
"Educational programs require constant updating, otherwise they lose relevance. New knowledge and technologies quickly become obsolete, so it is important to quickly integrate innovations into the educational process," emphasized Alexey Yemelyanov.
Sergey Lukyanov, Rector of Pirogov University, gave a lecture on "How to do science" and shared his own experience in technology development and thoughts on how to achieve success in this field.
"Success is always based on relying on something new that is inaccessible to competitors, whether it is an original idea, new knowledge, method or approach," said Sergey Lukyanov.
As part of the project work, the participants discussed the parameters of a promising model of organization and management, which should effectively respond to modern challenges. Special attention was paid to specific tools and management solutions necessary for the successful development of the university.
The final session emphasized the importance of adapting to new conditions, promptly updating training courses in accordance with changes in science and society, as well as developing competencies for effective interaction with the outside world and integrating academic knowledge into practical solutions.
Thus, the program has demonstrated the value of interdisciplinary collaboration, active participation of the scientific community and a flexible approach to the development of educational programs.
