The “University Coaches” mentor school from the Association of Student Sports Clubs of Russia is a powerful start for those who want to take their coaching skills to the next level. Thousands of instructors from all over the country have already pumped up their skills, and the 200 best got a ticket to the full-time stage in the Sirius Educational Center.

Among the lucky ones is Polina Vladislavovna Vosminina, coach of the Pirogov University darts team.
