The secrets of the therapeutic method were revealed by Maria Guseva — professor of the Department of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Medical Genetics of the Institute of Neurosciences and Neurotechnologies (INN), neuroexpert and a real guru in the world of color. She showed how simple hues can affect mood, reduce stress and even heal!
Participants were waited for:
- tests and trials — guests drew, analyzed the colors in their works and learned to recognize the hidden signals of the psyche;
- fighting stress — they analyzed fears through colors and tried to “reboot” the brain on their own;
- neuroscience and creativity — learned how art triggers the “happiness system” in the head;
- quick diagnostics — learned to understand what's going on inside by analyzing your drawings!
It turns out that color is a powerful tool that can calm anxiety, improve motor skills, and even boost self-esteem!
Training in art therapy can be continued at the Department of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Medical Genetics of INN Pirogov University, as well as at the Department of Art Therapy and Color Therapy at the Institute of Interdisciplinary Medicine in Moscow. In the new academic year, Maria Guseva will continue to hold meetings where everyone can immerse themselves in the mysteries of color psychology.
