In the spring of 2024, a new key role appeared at the University — curators of the professional growth of teachers. They have become a link in the professional development system, responsible for the development of the teaching staff. Their task is especially relevant in the context of constant changes in the field of higher and additional education, when every teacher needs to be aware of the latest trends.
During the meeting, key issues affecting the planning and implementation of professional development programs were discussed.
Olga Stepanova, Head of the Department for the Organization of Professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of INOPR, presented the main theses of the Regulation on the professional development management system. She stressed the importance of constantly improving skills in a rapidly changing educational environment and recalled the powerful resource of methodical schools.
Maria Permyakova, a leading HR specialist at the HR Department, highlighted the specifics of the work of clinical teachers with the Federal Register of Medical Workers platform. In particular, she explained how it takes into account the passage of programs in medical and pharmaceutical specialties.
Anastasia Zakharenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Digital Development of Continuing Education, introduced colleagues to the digital approach to professional development planning for 2026. For this purpose, the resources of the University Information System of Additional Education (ISES) will be actively used.
Marina Reznik-Orskaya, Head of the academic department of the Department of Professional Education and Educational Technologies at INOPR, presented a set of updated and completely new professional development programs that teachers will be able to choose in 2026.
