The Olympiad will present the most relevant areas included in the disciplines "Life Safety, Emergency Medicine", "Life Safety", "Emergency Medicine", and also covering technologies for preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies. Students and young scientists (including residents, postgraduates, University employees, and doctors) under the age of 35 are allowed to participate in the scientific and practical competitions of the Olympiad.

Forms of participation: full-time (report, practical competition) and remote (publication of abstracts, theoretical competition, presentation competition).
